Our company understands the customers’ rights include the right to raise a dispute or a complaint in order to seek an appropriate solution.
Contact us and tell us about your complaint. We will do our best to resolve it quickly.
If your complaint is not satisfactorily resolved within ten (10) business days, please contact Cameron Bott on 0438 664 492 or put your complaint in writing and send it to finance@bottgroup.com.au. We will try and resolve your complaint quickly and fairly.
If our brokerage is unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, Bott Insurance Group Pty Ltd is a member of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). If your complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction by our brokerage, , you have the right to refer the matter to the AFCA.
